CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy

You have 03 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected, wrong or incomplete. The product/s must be unused in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • In case you receive an opened or unsealed box or packaging, please inform us immediately to avoid any claims.
  • Provide all the required information to our representative, and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your location.
  • Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the size you purchased and would like to receive a different size, you can email us at nexonicgoods@gmail.com.
  • Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • The policies listed above are applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan.
  • Please be advised that inner-wear products are non-returnable/exchangeable due to the nature of the products and to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry are neither exchangeable nor returnable.

Please Note:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we kindly ask that you provide clear evidence, such as images or videos, showcasing the issue within 03 days of delivery. This step is mandatory for us to address your concern effectively. Upon receiving your proof, our team will promptly investigate the matter and ensure an appropriate resolution is provided.

Delivery & Orders

DELIVERY TIME

  • The estimated average delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days for the major cities. For remote areas, delivery can take longer.
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
  • Timely delivery is subject to the availability of the articles and order confirmation.
  • During the sale period, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Note: To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered to your own address. Nexonic Goods will not be liable for any loss or damage to the order in the case of delivery at the self-pickup point, such as any courier office.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • The estimated dispatch time for International orders is 5 to 7 working days after the order has been confirmed.
  • The delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
  • Nexonic Goods will not be responsible for any refund if the consignee requests for order cancellation once the order "is in process".
  • Customers will be liable to bear the shipment and custom charges if they refuse or receive the delivery.
  • During Sale events, the average delivery time can exceed normal expectations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To cancel a prepaid order, please reach out to us within 6 hours of placing your order. Upon cancellation, a refund will be made via store credit/credit voucher.
  • Once the order is “in process,” it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS

We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. However, in some instances, we might need some form of payment verification or source to process the order, which will be requested from the consignee through call or email as per the bank's instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

  • Nexonic Goods reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Free delivery for purchases above 2000 rupees within Pakistan; a 350 rupee delivery charge applies for orders below this amount.
  • Charges for all International delivery vary from country to country depending upon city, state, country, and locality. To calculate shipment charges, you can select any product and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges (doesn’t include any taxes & duties).
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery by the courier.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
  • You can track your order on the nexonicgoods.com website & respective courier website mentioned in your email.
  • If you don't get any tracking updates, please write to us at nexonicgoods@gmail.com.
  • Nexonic Goods cannot be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.

Product & Service Descriptions

Whilst we try to display the colors of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colors you see will depend on your screen and we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) or service(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer an alternative product(s) or service(s) of equal or higher quality and value; otherwise, the order will have to be canceled.

Acceptance of your Order

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us.

By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the 'checkout process'), you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form nor completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order.

If you supplied us with your email address when entering your payment details (or if you have a registered account with us), we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your order.

All products that you order through the Website will remain the property of Nexonic Goods until we have received payment in full from you for those products.

If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order. We will inform you via email or call. If you have already paid for the product or service, we will refund you via store credit/voucher in full as soon as reasonably possible.

To provide greater convenience and flexibility, refunds will generally be issued in the form of a voucher, which can be used toward future purchases on our website. However, in special cases that may require additional support, we encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team. Our team will review each case individually and make every effort to provide the best possible solution.

Any online payments received by Nexonic Goods are in PKR; therefore, in case of refunds, the amount will be reversed/refunded in PKR.

Nexonic Goods reserves the right to cancel your order in the case of, but not limited to; unavailability of the product, incorrectly listed price, or any other information.

Delivery of your Order

Nexonic Goods products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees, or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event nobody is available to sign for receipt.

You bear the risk for the products once delivery is completed.

Where possible, we try to deliver in one go. We reserve the right to split the delivery of your order, for instance (but not limited to) if part of your order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we split your order, we will notify you of our intention to do so by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you at the time of purchase. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.

We can entertain any changes to order provided if the order isn't dispatched yet. We will not be able to accept any order change requests once the order is dispatched (neither any refund nor exchange will be possible in case of delivery outside Pakistan).
